Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we deliver our red light therapy products to customers all around the globe.

Where do you ship from?

We ship directly from our main fulfillment centers in Singapore to ensure product quality and fast handling times

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because we process orders quickly, any changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. After this time, we can’t guarantee adjustments — but you may still return your order for a refund once it arrives.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal payments.

When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) within 1–3 business days of the order date, and shipped the following business day.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery times vary by location, but most orders arrive on average in 8 business days due to high demand for our products.

What if I don't receive my order?

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of shipping, you’re entitled to a full refund
